Utah Allocates $5 Million To Promote Water Conscious Landscaping
Legislators in the state of Utah have granted the Division of Water Resources five million dollars to use in a state wide grass removal program. The program promotes homeowners to change preexisting landscapes to more water conscious landscapes such as artificial grass.
The Washington County Water Conservancy will rebate property owners for each square foot of grass removed.

It is important to receive proper authorization prior to completion of your grass conversion project.
Eligible cities for the rebate include: St. George, Washington, Santa Clara, Ivins, and La Verkin.
